Questions about an official Lewis County criminal record belong with the government office that created or keeps it. Court files, sheriff reports, bookings, and statewide histories have separate custodians. The contacts below identify the local routes published by Lewis County and the Kentucky Court of Justice. This privately operated site cannot receive a public-record request or provide an official document.

This Is Not a Government Office. The site cannot pull, change, certify, or remove a record, accept an expungement filing, or run an official background check.

Fiscal Court's general open-records form does not cover sheriff records. A clerk request also does not reach the jail or police narrative. Call first to confirm the current copy charge, identification need, and delivery method because Lewis County pages do not publish every fee.
